I recommend this pattern for intermediate knitters:

  • You will knit the body in one piece to the underarms then knit the front and back flat and seam at the shoulders.
  • You will work the sleeves flat as well while decreasing in lace. These decreases are not charted.
  • After you knit the sleeves you will seam them to the bodice from one side of the underarm to the other.
  • Finally, you'll apply a tidy i-cord edging along the neckline.

Knit in lightweight Merino Fingering from Knitting Niqabi at an open gauge. Knit your own in your favorite plant fiber for a more formal look and an ideal summer garment!
